The Duncaster House offers a unique bed and breakfast experience. We
have a guest suite not common to our own living area where you will
enjoy the full use of a large,airy bedroom and gas stove with its own sitting area, as well as a separate lounge area. The lounge comes with a TV/DVD, digital cable and beverage machine for coffees,teas, and hot chocolate. There is also a water cooler, microwave and bar fridge in this room.

The bed and breakfast area is completed by a private bathroom.
There is also a separate entrance with a sitting area just outside on the covered porch where you can enjoy the evening sunset.

This suite is ideal for couples desiring complete privacy or for
a girls weekend away, as the sofa in the lounge area pulls out to
a very comfortable Lazy Boy mattress. The firmness is adjustable.

We also offer a second large guest room with its own sitting area.
We provide a beverage machine with a variety of coffees and teas,
a TV/DVD which can be adjusted to be enjoyed in bed or at the sitting
area and we also have a bar fridge.

The tub/shower combination bathroom is located right outside the
bedroom door.

Both of these rooms are on the same side of the house so that two
couples could each have their own bedroom and bathroom and share
the lounge area.

Our third guest room has a separate area of our home in the lower level. There are 8 and 1/2 ft. ceilings and plenty of windows to provide ample light. The 1200 square ft. area boasts two bedrooms
with queen size beds in each. In the sitting area, there is a 55
inch high definition T.V. with high-definition receiver and Blu Ray
player,a large electric fireplace,massage chair,bar area and full
fridge as well as a coffee maker for coffees and teas. The spacious
modern bathroom has a stand-up shower and a heated floor. High
quality towels,linens and toiletries are provided.
This suite is ideal for couples wanting privacy
or groups of three or four.

The Duncaster House provides a variety of options for accomodation.
A large group can also be accomodated as there are a total of four
queen beds and one twin bed in the home. There are two separate
large decks in the back for guests to enjoy morning coffee or
drinks later in a relaxed tranquil setting.

The breakfast plan is also unique to the Duncaster House. Rather than
a set, restricted menu, served at a specific time in a shared room, you will be able to choose from two options. For those who want a full breakfast, we offer gift certificates for breakfast at a local family restaurant, the Red Rooster. Located just around the corner from the bed and breakfast, it is a short, pleasant walk to work up an appetite for their wide variety of breakfast fare. Better yet, you can enjoy your meal at your convenience as breakfast is served from 7:30-11.
For those that prefer a lighter breakfast, we will put together a continental breakfast that you can enjoy in the lounge area. Depending on the season, this would consist of fresh fruit, homemade muffins, croissants,yogurt, granola and juices.
