This Circa 1871 summer cottage retreat is the home of Canadian Soprano Maria Rekrut. This museum within a home is filled with a private collection of art, antique decor and collectables.

The cottage has two bedrooms/ two bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, and all the comforts of home including a bath en suite and private bathroom.

A BOTTLE OF our SIGNATURE WINE YOUR CHOICE OF WHITE OR RED, A BOX OF CHOCOLATES, WINE TASTING VOUCHERS AND A VOUCHER FOR COMPLIMENTARY WINE TOURS.

We provide a self serve Continental Breakfast. You will savour an assortment of teas, coffee, juices, pastries and breads.

An assortment of hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit and your choice of jams and jellies. All this to be enjoyed at your own leisure in the privacy of your home. WE WANT TO TREAT YOU ROYALLY!!

This non-smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage, features a gourmet kitchen.

We even supply you with spices and herbs that will help you put the finishing touches to your meals prepared in the kitchen!!

Get pampered with our Luxurious High Four Poster Queen and King Size Beds, and with our Spa fresh Down filled duvets, pillows, luxury linens, Turkish towels, and spa bath amenities. Bath amenities are provided, these include fluffy terry cotton bath robes, slippers, and hair dryer. All bath amenities are provided, all you have to do is bring your toothbrush.

The Cottage has been updated to include: Central Air conditioned/air purified rooms, Forced Air Gas Heating. Free wireless internet, free local phone calls, Cable T.V, CD, DVD/VCR Players. Two Fireplaces are provided for those romantic evenings in the wintertime.

Ideal Old Town location, Wishing Well Cottage is centrally located in the historic old town only steps and within walking distance to the three Shaw Festival live theatres, music festivals.

The cottage is also within a few walking minutes to: restaurants, shopping, art galleries, world class wineries, golfing and Lake Ontario. Niagara Falls and the Casino are 15 minutes away from the cottage.

Cottage offers a patio, deck, BBQ and Victorian perennial garden, with flowers and fruit trees. Wishing Well is found on a bicycle/ wine route only minutes to Niagara's award winning wineries, farm markets and historic Fort George.

This Boutique Historic Cottage is highly recommended by all of our guests. Long and short term rental available, Open year round. Perfect for either a summer holiday or winter retreat.
